Might I cordially request that if people want to send out all these "Welcome to the list" messages that they should send them directly to Diane, this way all the one-line Thank-You's replies would go directly back to the person and not clutter up the list. Diane's email is right there in the "From" field when Diane sends a message:
From: viphone@googlegroups.com; on behalf of; Diane Giannetti <diane1lu...@gmail.com> As you can see her diane1lu...@gmail.com email address is right there and all you have to do is go to the From field to get to it.
