If you have an iPhone 6 you will not be able to update it to IOS 13 or higher. But if you have a 6s or higher you can update to IOS 13 or higher. If you have an 6s,6s plus,6 SE, 7, 7 plus, 8, 8 plus or higher why would you not want to update to IOS 13. It workds quite well now. Mr. Ed
