I'm not exactly sure what is going on.  However, I not recommend
using dropbox that way.  I'd personally never consider listening to an
mp3 file of say a described movie or something similar through the
dropbox app itself.  If you have voice dream reader, then I highly
suggest you use that app.  It is great for listening to a group of mp3
files, or an individual mp3 file.  I've used it several times to
listen to described movies and it works very well.  Good luck.
