Thanks. this matches what people on Twitter have told me, that icons
need to be moved to the 5th row in order for the 5 rows to show up.
Since we can now have 5 rows of icons, how many icons can be in a
folder now? And, can you have a folder inside of another folder? Like
can I put the New Stand folder inside my Utilities folder?
