Try Dolby On, it is free.
It records in M4A or Lossless audio if you want very large files but even in
the M4A format, you will be amazed at how good it records from the built-in
microphone.
I don't know if you can upload directly to YouTube from it, but you can
share to Dropbox or your computer and then do the uploads I'm sure.
It is fully VoiceOver accessible.
If you have a need for multi-track, try MTSR, but it is a bit tricky to use.
I think Dolby On makes the best sounding recordings for free out there.
You have lots of choices for what settings to turn off or leave on, etc.

Hi to all. Can anyone recommend some good apps for recording my guitar
playing and singing with the hope of possibly uploading to youtube. I've
got something called band lab, but that isn't really accessible. I saw an
app called pro microphone but that cost around
$24 per year and I don't want to pay $24 for an app if I don't know if it is
accessible with voice over or not. I heard of garage band but I'm having a
hard time finding it on the app store. Thanks for any suggestions.
