Yes, this happens to me, too. What's weird is that it only happens for artists in the "For You" tab and not playlists. I'll have to report this to Apple Accessibility. They told me to call them, even if I don't think the issue is specifically related to VO. Basically, since I'm blind and use VO, I should call them over the regular Apple number.
