iOS App is completely accessible. In fact, I was able to open a personal 
checking account via the app last year with no issues.

I have a couple of credit cards and that one checking account and have no 
problem doing what I need to do via the app on my iPhone. There have been a 
couple of accessibility hiccups with an update every blue moon, but those have 
gotten resolved pretty quickly with subsequent updates.

The only thing I’ve come across that I wasn’t able to do on the app was to 
remove a checking account from my list of methods of payment. But that’s not 
even an accessibility issue per say, but a general item that Capital One only 
allows via their webpage or over the phone.
