Her eis my experience with Alexa and apple music. I ask alexa to play one of my playlists. Giving them unusual names seems to help. Once the playlist starts I say Alexa,, shuffle. I no longer say shuffle playlist as this seems to confuse things.
Also I found that when shuffled it will replay the playlist in exactly the same shuffled order. With some research I found out that Apple does not shuffle each time . Once shuffled it will play that shuffle every time. If you go into apple music on your apple device, open music and a playlist and then press the shuffle button it will then reshuffle the order again. A faff of course. It would be nice if there was a way to get a playlist to play unplayed tracks first in every shuffle to avoid this. Could not find a way to set this up.
