Hi WhatsApp can be used with both wifi and data. This is available for iphone, Android, Mac and Windows PC. Even in the app store they mentioned - "Note: WhatsApp is a telephony app, so iPod and iPad are not supported devices." Let me share few of WhatsApp features: 1. Ability to send and receive text. 2. Make & Receive Calls 3. Share live location 4. Create groups 5. Share contacts and much more.
