What kind of content? If ringtones then iTunes is your best option, same goes for music as far as I know, it's been so long that I synced music to my phone now that we have Apple Music and can basically play anything we want at any time by streaming or downloading it, that I don't know if anything has changed here, but I doubt it. There is also Waltr2 and iMazing, both are applications you have to buy and which some claim can replace iTunes to transfer music and ringtones.
