If you have the file on your computer, copy it to your clipboard. Then, connect the iPhone with the charging cable to a usb slot. Then open iTunes. and Tab to where it says iPhone. click that button. Tab to the iPhone treeview. Arrow down to tones, or type the letters t o and you should jump down to tones. Tab to the spot where it says something like tones edit, or something like that. Then paste your m4r file and you should hear a tone indicating it has been copied to your phone.
