I have the 10R and am not experiencing this. I upgraded yesterday and
have done several tests using several different voices. I use Samantha
compact every day, but I tried Tom, Alex and a couple of others.

Well, I am not hearing that with Tom Enhanced, Samantha enhanced, the
Irish english Moira, or the Australian Karen.
I tried at several reading speeds, and I did not hear anything like a
t sound.
