The online process was very easy.
I tried calling first because I wanted to add one other accessory, and after 
sitting on hold for 20 minutes, I did the online method in about 4 minutes.
I’ll get the extra accessory later.

I also ordered a Phone this morning. The process was flawless. No hitches 
though I did use Aira. The guy in Mexico put the order in for me. My iPhone 6 
was only worth the $30 credit. I decided to keep it. I was impressed that the 
site did not crash.it looks like there may not be the rush that I was 
expecting. To pre-order these phones. Or maybe there was an Apple’s site is 
very fine tuned.

With my sighted wife’s help I ordered a new SE, black, 128 Gb, with Apple Care  
and arranged to trade in my old iphone 8. We were online right at 7 AM CDT. It
