Hi Malcolm. iOS13 has a number of VoiceOver jumping and focus issues to contend with. This is one of them. The only way to get to most of the contents in that tab is to use the vertical scroll bar over on the right side of the screen to move up or down to the verious areas. For instance, to get at the new rleases heading, I go down to 100 percent, flick over to the left, and then flick up with the rotor set to headings so I get to the start of the heading. I can then flick right through the contents. Sometimes, it's useful to double tap the "see all" button to get into the full contents of the area you're interested in. It's easy to miss out on stuff since VoiceOver doesn't behave as it should. Hope things improve in iOS14. I've pretty much given up on these issues being dealt with sooner than that. I'd be ecstatic if they fixed the misspellt words rotor function. Best of luck to you Malcolm.
