Has anyone experienced VoiceOver fading out when repeating/confirming Dictation in either Messages or Email. I double tap, dictate the phrase, double tap to end, after which, Voiceover will repeat the first couple of words before fading out. It occcurs to me about 20 percent of the time. However, I can not identify a pattern in terms of apps open, length of phrase etc.
