Perhaps sending a quick note to the app developer might either help you find the fix or express the need for the feature to be reinstated if it really isn't there any more. If you tap contact us (think it is in settings) you'll get an email address . I wrote once just passing on a couple of trivial thoughts and suggestions and got a response within hours and had a lovely little exchange about the app and some of my thoughts about it.
