Be aware, folks, that itunes and office 365 are not currently compatible. I sepnt 4 or 5 days fighting to get outlook 365 to work with icloud and finally gave up and uninstalled icloud. I googled the problem and others reported that the incompatibility is a known problem and that apple is working on a fix. When I re-installed itunes after a machine rebuild, icloud didn’t get installed.

Within that, you can check mark an option to sync your contacts. New contacts or edits to contacts I make in Outlook on the PC appear on the phone almost instantly.
