Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work this time. But, my wife was able to put in the correct expiration date and I finally got 2 Factor Authentication enabled. Now, I believe I created a 6 digit code, but I would like to verify my 6 digit code, since this part of the procedure isn't very intuitive either..., how can verify my 6 digit code?
