Richard, I thought Michael's blog site already had Dropbox download links for his Personal Power book in ePub format as well as docx, pdf, and rtf formats. I was able to download it in ePub format and load it into Voice Dream Reader where all his navigation markups are available. I missed the start of this thread so I'm wondering if folks are having issues with the direct download of the ePub format.
