It would help to know in which apps you are running into this. Generally speaking if you are talking about going to the beginning or end of a document, those are VO key commands, not just a single key. Beginning of a document is CommandKey+up arrow. End of the document is CommandKey+down arrow. Beginning of a line is CommandKey+left arrow. End of a line is CommandKey+right arrow.
