Thanks, Tom, and others who suggested how to include the tip when you initially place your order. That is obvious. My issue was changing it after the fact, which Pamela answered in her email, where she pointed out that you have to double tap on your name and then on your orders. Then you can find a change tip button. Worked like a charm.
