I think the new Reminders app deserves a rant or two. I'd replace Reminders with Alarms. You can set an alarm with Siri. Then, you can delete it with Siri when it is done.
You may also be able to delete reminders with Siri, but Alarms work rather well. I did set two this morning, heard my alert and Siri say 9 AM Reminder. But, these days, Reminders has become pretty burdensome. What can I do to dumb down Reminders and have it like it was a couple of years ago? Even an old woman in her 80's, like I am, has no need or regard for the complications of reminders now. I have the hardest time getting rid of them. And, now, we have to complete them. I am getting a prompt to upgrade. I dare not do that for fear of more acrobatics to get rid of one, once it is in there. Any suggestions? There is mention of yellow and I don't know what. I don't need my phone to let me know which is more urgent than another, as I am well in touch with my life and its priorities. I, personally, just want a tap from reminders that it is time, then to just be rid of the thing. Or, what can I do to make what I have easier to live with? What is the simplest way to get rid of one, once I no longer have need of it? Thanks for any help or solution. Thanks for putting up with the rant. -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
