We have the Honeywell Thermostat 9320 WF5003-u.
But most of their WiFi thermostats work with their iPhone app.
Not all are HomeKit compatible.

I have a thermostat from Comcast which is very accessible on my phone. If I
am away, I could adjust the temperature through my phone, with heat in the
