Hello,

 

Several months ago I subscribed to Disney Plus on my Amazon Fire TV through
their app and my monthly charge is to my credit card on file with Amazon.

 

Since then I've tried to sign into the Disney Plus app on my IPhone and I'm
told that that email or password doesn't exist. Does this have to do with
the fact that I'm paying through Amazon? If so, do I have to pay for another
subscription through Apple to be able to use the Disney Plus app on my
IPhone?
