Hi,
I hope this finds all happy and well. I have a question for those that have this thermostat or ones similar to it. If the app reports that it's offline is there a way a blind person either independently or with the help of Aira can get the thing back online? Everything else here is working just fine.
Thanks for any help you could send my way. I'm just not having a good technology related week at all.
