Hello. It is quite simple. After you plug it to a power outlet and to the tv, the device will start. To turn Voiceover on, press the back button three times and it will start speaking. The back button is the first on the left side of the remote, right velow the trackpad. To turn audio descriptions, you need to do it from the accessibility settings. This will only affect movies from Apple. to turn it on on other platforms, you will find it in the language settings of that particular app.
