Yes I have had pretty good results from using the watchs activity and workout apps,
I used the workout app to follow my progress during outside walks I did / do on a daily basis. And once I get my bike out of storage I'll be able to use it to track my cycling workouts as well. -----Original Message----- From: viphone@googlegroups.com <viphone@googlegroups.com> On Behalf Of Joe Orozco Sent: Sunday, 5 July 2020 9:24 AM To: viphone@googlegroups.com Subject: The Truth About Apple Watch Hi, can anyone speak to how well the Apple Watch helped to improve their health? I'm interested in buying one but only if I can feel confident about the accessibility of their health apps. I know not to expect perfection. From what I've been able to gather, it is better about tracking things like walking, running, and swimming, not so much resistance type activity. I'm okay with that. I guess I just want to hear from people on either side of the question who can speak to how well the Apple Watch played a role in their health regiment, or not. And, does the series have anything to do with health tracking? Thanks guys for any information.--Joe -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
