Hi Richard, I could have picked this up wrongly, But I think she’s trying to send it to herself but from text to email.
Which to me would mean either saving as a file to files or similar and then emailing that as an attachment or, Copy the contents of the text and paste it in to an email body, Unless there is an option to share it via email with whom ever is going to get it. If not, you need to make sure that send as SMS is on in message settings. If you really want it to go as an email, while in the text message, flick up or down with one finger to copy, double tap, then go to mail and start a new email, and in the body of the email turn the rotor to edit and paste the message.
