Yes you can, As part of the setup of the new phone you should either be able to setup using the migration tool at the start or durin the setup You will be prompted to setup as a new device or from an itunes / cloud backup. I am getting one of these. I am wondering though if I can do a backup of my current Six and then restore the apps and data from the Six to the new SE. I suspect not but thought I should ask.
