I believe a Lady A device is any of the Amazon Echo devices. These are accessed with Alexa which is often called Lady A to avoid activating the devices when speech synthesizers are reading her name in emails. Lelia, your friend needs to enable Guest Connect on his account which he can do with the Alexa app as follows: 1. Execute the More button at the far right of the Alexa app bottomline toolbar. 2. Execute the Account settings option. 3. Execute the Guest connect option and make sure it is enabled. 4. With Guest connect enabled, you can say "Alexa, connect my account." 5. When Alexa asks, give her the pone number associated with your account and you should be connected. 6. To disconnect, say "Alexa, disconnect account." This guest connection only lasts for 24 hours. To listen to your music and news when visiting others with Echo devices, go to guest connect in your profile.
