I’ve seen several similar emails talking about the same issue. I think this is worth reporting !Apple accessibility. I have already done so and got a response from them asking several questions about when and how this occurs. Since I heard back from them I haven’t seen the problem so haven’t been able to further describe the issue. Still, the more people they hear from the better.
