HI Richard and All, I have been having the exact same problem going back and forth with male Siri and Samantha and it drives me crazy! I removed the male Siri from the rotor, but Siri just keeps coming back, no matter what I do. I never know when I turn on my phone, what voice is going to be talking. Maybe the male Siri, maybe Samantha, who knows! I don't think Apple even knows what to do anymore, as I've called them many times regarding this consistent issue as well as others, but still no go! So, I wish well to anyone else who might be having this problem.

No rotor languages were selected, so I thought, finally, we are done with this nonsense. This morning, she wrote and said Samantha was back. Apple is telling her it is a software issue, not hardware, but 13.6.1 did not solve it and I have an ugly feeling that 14 won't either.
