Hello all,
I forwarded an Email conversation to Apple about the voice changing silliness 
after a client was getting the royal run-around from Apple.
Here is there predictable and reasonable response.  Please, if you are 
experiencing this, keep contacting them and if you happen to be using a beta, 
report it through the feedback app.
