Alan is correct. I also have the exchange this title option if I enter on the menu of an audible book. However, I always have to call anyway if I want to exchange a title because I just can't return a book not even from the audible website. It has never worked for me except to phone. The option to phone audible is even in the app when I'm told I can't return a book. But the initial exchange this title is deffinately in my audible app.
