Yes, I just tried it and Siri said "YouTube hasn't added support for that with
Siri."
Must have been a change in either 13.7 or the latest YouTube update.

Subject: Apple's Siri & YouTube MobileApp & iOS13

Is AnyOne else Experiencing Difficulty using Apple's Siri to Open the YouTube
MobileApp on Apple's iOS13, as I recently Noticed that it's Impossible for
Apple's Siri to Open the YouTube MobileApp?

But on My XS MAX using Apple's iOS12, there isn't a Problem or Issue with
Apple's Siri Opening the YouTube MobileApp.

ThankYou to ALL, who take TheTime to Read&Respond to MyMessagePosting, as it's
VeryMuch & Greatly appreciated!
