Hi Kathy, I used to face the same problem with Uber. As a Visually Impaired and having experienced this pain, I built an App which will allow everything to be done with just voice commands. With this, you can simply use a command and can either message or call the driver and don't have to go through a whole lot of trouble to simply find the option to message the driver.
