I don't use LastPass but if you've copied your email account password to your clipboard, you should be able to paste it to the app or website requesting it by pasting it with ctrl + v. Otherwise, you can open a Notepad document and paste it there if you want to review it. Most password managers don't have a way to access your data if you forget the master password.
