Hello, APH replied to my emails. First, it is available right now in the U.S. and Canada. They plan to release it in more countries soon. I recommend writing directly to them from your country and let them know you would like it to be available where you live. Also, they are considering using the iOS Map data for Points of Interest, tell them you think that is a good idea. They currently use Four Square, which I have found to be highly inaccurate. Maybe even Open Street Maps would be better, I don't know. Its too bad google charges for their POI data.
