Are you talking about the Chimes on the watch under accessibility? Asking because you mentioned your watch. My series 3 watch is not getting those chimes either since the update. It's a very tiny chime at best and the haptic is more defined than the sound. but I actually don't think it's workong in my Series 3 watch where it did before. If you're talking about the chime app for the iPhone, that hasn't worked for me since iOs 8 or so. I know it works for Richard, we've been there before on this, but there's nothing I can get it to do on our 6S+ or 8+ here.
