My results have varied, but usually you can find a stream that works, even
though it might be the opponent's station. The 49ers announcers suck, so I
don't care who calls the game as long as I can hear it.

I just checked on Game Day Pro Football radio: both the first New Orleans
Radio, and the first Raiders' radio work fine.
Remember that sometimesduring commercials there is silence, or some music
playing, which may make you think there is no game on.
Also, remember Raiders are listed as Los Vegas.

I also found that game day pro football was not what it was cracked up to
be. I found that I wasn’t able to listen to my local station broadcast of
the game. I didn’t go all through the list of stations, but the first four
or five.
I gave up quickly, as wanted to listen to the game, so just left it on
the TV.
Maybe I didn’t give it a fighting chance, but will try to see if I get
better results when I am watching a game that I don’t care about as much as
the one last night.
