That is also fixed for me even in 14.0 and in 14.0.1 it still works 100% as it should, I delete a message and the next message gets focus and Voiceover speaks and it does so absolutely fast without even the slightest pause. The focus issues however are not at all fixed fo rme in 14.0.1 on my iPhone 8, just as bad as ever.
