Yes. When listening to a stream, if you pause the stream and resume later, swipe through the screen to the Go Live button and double tap. This will jump from wherever you are when you paused to the current point in the game, if that makes sense. I did this a couple of times yesterday when listening to the deplorable Cowboys performance. To be fair, Seattle had their own struggles too, even though they won, :)
