Not sure if this is on topic or not but I originally signed up for Disney Plus through my Amazon Fire TV and the subscription fee is charged through my Amazon account and my credit card on file. I downloaded the Disney Plus app on my IPhone through the App Store but have not been able to log into my account. It says that they can't find my email address. Is this because I subscribed through the Amazon system and if so, is there any way I can still use the Disney Plus app on my phone under the same subscription?
