Yes, please report this to Apple Support. Call them, send them an e-mail, do whatever you have to do. I called Apple Support, worked with someone and generated a case number, which is: 101203846159. If you call support, you may want to reference that case number and have the support engineer look that the forum thread whose link I posted above. Don't be shy about this; report it to Apple and keep nagging them to get this issue resolved. It's a huge bug that they need to fix right away. Go after 'em and give 'em hell!
