I thought I remember hearing that iOS 14 was supposed to add the ability to set multiple timers, but I just tried it and it certainly does not work. I think that should be a fairly easy and basic thing for Apple to do, both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant can do this and we do it all the time when we are cooking using our Google speaker.
