Do you mean at the same time? If so, the answer is no. You can have any of your iDevices connect via bluetooth to Alexa, but one at a time.
The thing I wish they’d add to Alexa is asking to connect to a specific device. Alexa, connect to Dave’s iPhone, or Alexa connect to Marcy’s iPad. Alexa only remembers the last device connected.
