Hi Keith, It really is not difficult using iTunes. As Richard explained, you connect your iPhone, open iTunes and find your iPhone. I usually press Control + F which takes me to the search box in iTunes, then it's I believe just one tab to get to the iPhone button. You activate it, press tab a few times to get into the treeview and arrow down to Tones, again two or three tabs to get into the list of tones and from there it's simply copy and paste just as you would copy and paste any file from one folder to another.
