Hi James I am dictating this in response to your message. You had one line that repeated. I suspect if you're allowing voiceover to hear what it says when you're dictating, it will repeat it because it's hearing it twice. I am using the two finger double tap to start dictation rather than just using Siri to reply. It doesn't seem to be repeating, but we'll see.
