Pretty much all Bluetooth enabled braille displays will connect to all of those devices. However, I find Bluetooth not very reliable on Windows. Ubt, the braille displays will also be able to use a USB cable to connect.
I personally really like the Orbit Reader 20 Plus. The Orbit Reader 40 will be out hopefully this year if the shipment issues caused partly by Covid get resolved.
