Hi, So go in to the mail app, find the list of your mail boxes and go to the second mention of the mail box name,
Expand the mail box you want or have that you want to add the folder to Click on the edit button at the top of the screen, Then scrole down to the bottom of the list of mail box / folders, Or just go to the bottom of the screen and the new mail box button is there.
